MyStaffInfo end of life is in November 2025

In April 2022, we announced the end of life for MyStaffInfo.

From November 2025, Australian and New Zealand companies will no longer be able to access MyStaffInfo, including any features or data.

What features are affected

No MyStaffInfo features will be available from November 2025. Because of the connection between MyStaffInfo and MYOB Exo Employer Services, this means you might need to find manual workarounds to your usual workflows.

If you require the functionality of MyStaffInfo, you can contact MYOB or your Business Partner, who can help you find a product that addresses your needs.

The main affected features are:

  • Employee information – Employees won't be able to view or change their personal details themselves.

  • Leave requests – Employees won't be able to submit leave requests. Managers won't be able to approve or decline leave requests. Payroll administrators won't be able to automatically add leave to a pay.

  • Messages – Employees and managers won't be able to send or receive messages.

  • Payslips and documents – Employees won't be able to receive new payslips or access past payslips, or any other documents.

  • Timesheets – Employees won't be able to enter their timesheets. Managers won't be able to review their team's timesheets.

Why are you no longer supporting MyStaffInfo?

We believe that our customers are the most important part of our business, and we're committed to providing you with future-fit solutions that help your business perform its best.

We've made the decision to decommission MyStaffInfo, so that we can focus on the development of our cloud-native MYOB Advanced Payroll and MYOB Advanced Workforce Management solutions, which we believe better meet the current and future needs of our customers.

Are all MyStaffInfo features available until end of life?

Yes. However, since October 2022, there have been no updates for enhancements, bug fixes or product development.

You also can't get support for MyStaffInfo by phone or email.

I've opted out of marketing emails. How will I get end of life reminders?

Even if you've opted out of marketing material, you'll still receive key information about your ongoing service. These are transactional emails and contain information relevant to the services we provide you.
