MyStaffInfo end of life is in November 2025
In April 2022, we announced the end of life for MyStaffInfo.
From November 2025, Australian and New Zealand companies will no longer be able to access MyStaffInfo, including any features or data.
What features are affected
No MyStaffInfo features will be available from November 2025. Because of the connection between MyStaffInfo and MYOB Exo Employer Services, this means you might need to find manual workarounds to your usual workflows.
If you require the functionality of MyStaffInfo, you can contact MYOB or your Business Partner, who can help you find a product that addresses your needs.
The main affected features are:
Employee information – Employees won't be able to view or change their personal details themselves.
Leave requests – Employees won't be able to submit leave requests. Managers won't be able to approve or decline leave requests. Payroll administrators won't be able to automatically add leave to a pay.
Messages – Employees and managers won't be able to send or receive messages.
Payslips and documents – Employees won't be able to receive new payslips or access past payslips, or any other documents.
Timesheets – Employees won't be able to enter their timesheets. Managers won't be able to review their team's timesheets.
