Error: "A new version of this installation is on the server. Please re-download this installation"

When an upgrade is run from the Upgrade Software Online item in the Help menu, the process checks the version of the MYOB Exo Employer Services software to determine if an upgrade is required.

When an upgrade is released for MYOB Exo Employer Services software, the recommended procedure for upgrading the software install is to use the Upgrade Software Online option from the Help menu.

During the early stages of Upgrade Software Online process, messages may appear (see example message screen below).


If this message or similar ones occur, then the Upgrade Software Online process will be unable to continue. In this situation you will need to download the file then run the upgrade using that file.
