Error: "0x80040154 – Class Not Registered OLE"

When MYOB Exo software is installed on a computer, files necessary to run the software are installed along with a PDF Converter for generating reports. If the install process is interrupted in any way, errors can occur when using the software.

The grey error message 0x80040154 - Class Not Registered can occur after you have upgraded the MYOB Exo software or moved the software to a new computer or server. Other error messages, including the red Exo software error messages, can occur when proceeding past this initial error message. This is often related to the MYOB PDF Converter or a file required to run the MYOB Exo software, not having been installed or registered correctly on that computer.

To resolve these errors, run the Network.exe file located in the install folder of the MYOB Exo software. For instructions on how to run the Network.exe file, click here to be taken to the appropriate Knowledge Base article.
