Employer superannuation contribution deduction isn't appearing in reports (New Zealand)

In this article we look at the Employer Superannuation Scheme deductions and in which reports the deductions will and will not appear.

Employer Superannuation Scheme loaded in Exo Payroll under Deduction Maintenance with the Type setting of Employer Super will not appear in the following reports:

General Ledger & Payslip Report

The Employer Superannuation does not affect the Employees wages or salary so will not appear on the General Ledger or Payslip report

The Custom Payslips will now show this detail.

Paysheet & Superannuation Report

The Paysheet gives a breakdown of an employee's pay including Employer Contribution so the Employer Super will appear as part of the breakdown. The Superannuation shows a summary of the employee and employer super.
