Accessing help in EXO Employee Services

There are two ways you can access online help content from within EXO Employer Services. You can either:

  • press F1 on your keyboard
  • or click Help from the Help menu at the top of EXO Employer Services.

Both of these options will open the online help content in your web browser.

Navigating the online help content

After you've opened the online help content, you can find help articles on specific topics by using the:

  • contents tab
  • index tab
  • or search tab.
To use the index
  1. Click the Index tab.
  2. Type the topic you need help with. For example, "Holiday".
  3. Select the result most relevant to you.

To use the contents
  1. Click the Content tab
  2. Click the plus sign (+) next to the product you need help with.
  3. From the expanded options, select the specific area you need help with.

To use the search
  1. Click the Search tab.
  2. In the Search field, type what you need help with. For example, "holiday pay".
  3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard, or click the magnifying glass symbol next to the Search field.
  4. From the search results, select the article most relevant to you.

Need more help? You can open the online help by pressing F1 on your keyboard while in your software.
