Error: 'HTTP1.1 500 internal Server Error' when submitting TPAR (Fixed 2020.2)
Issue
In MYOB EXO Business when submitting the Taxable payments annual report (TPAR), and having submitted the Software ID with the ATO, you might see the error: HTTP1.1 500 internal Server Error. The error occurs in the Taxable Payments Reporting Worksheet screen when clicking the SBR button.
Cause
This error happens if you're on Exo Business version 2019.4, 2020.1, or 2020.2.
Resolution
If you're on EXO Business version 2019.4 or 2020.1, you need to upgrade to 2020.2. Once you're on version 2020.2, download this exonet.exe file and replace it.
