Error: "Failed" when accessing the Exo OnTheGo app

The 26 November 2021 security update caused the Exo OnTheGo app not to start and display the error message Failed.

To fix the issue, make sure your program files and frameworks are all up to date:

  • Exo Business Services: 1.6 or higher

  • Microsoft Framework: 4.7.2 or higher

  • Exo: 2019.2 or higher

  • ClarityRT.exe: Same version as Exonet (Installing EXO Business Services will update it to 2021.2)
