Error: "Could not load SSL library"
This error message in MYOB Exo Business can occur when using features that require an internet connection, such as geolocation, bank feeds and taxable payment annual reporting. It means that there are files are missing from your Exo program folder.
To fix the issue, copy the missing files to your main Exo program folder:
- libeay32.dll
- ssleay32.dll
