Time Cycle Step One - Poll Time Clocks

The first step is to download the times. This "downloading" process is referred to as "polling the clock". In order to perform the functions covered in the following section you must have first configured your Timeclock Setup as covered earlier.

Select Step One from the Time Cycle and the following window appears:

From this window, the following operations can be performed:

• Poll Time Clocks
• Delete Invalid Clockings
• Reprocess Times
• Special Clock Functions
• Delayed Polling

If you are polling times from MYOB MyStaffInfo, you must always poll MyStaffInfo before performing any synchronisation operations from the MyStaffInfo Management Console.
