When I apply for leave I get an "Internal Server Error" (Website) or a blank screen (Mobile)

Problem Description

You might get an "Internal Server Error" when applying for Leave using the website version of Workforce Management, looking like below:

You might also get a blank screen after applying for leave using the Mobile app, these are usually caused by the same problem.


Your implementer needs to make sure that the integration for MYOB is correctly configured in Settings. 

This screen is not available to end users, so please contact your support partner so they can look into this for you.
