Using the Audit Logs Report.

MYOB Advanced Workforce Management includes detailed audit logging of specific events surrounding Shifts, Timesheets, Leave Requests & Expense Requests. These can be reviewed using the Audit Logs report:

However, this screen is not very easy to use intuitively, as it requires knowing the specific ID's you are trying to look up. The best way to reach the Audit information for an event is to find it in the appropriate screen, and click through using the ID number:

Opening a Shift's Audit via the Roster screen

Click on the Shift you want to review, then click on the ID Number (in gray beneath the employee's name) to open the Audit Report,

This will open the audit report in a new tab.
Opening a Leave Request's Audit via the Leave screen

Click on the leave request to view the full Leave request, then click the ID number to open the Leave Report for the employee.

This will open the Audit report in the same tab.
Opening a Timesheet's Audit via the Time screen

Click on the Timesheet to view the full details of the time, then click on the ID number.

This will open the Audit report in the same tab.
Opening an Expense Request's Audit Report via the Expense Claims screen

Click on the Expense REquest to view the full details of the Request, then click on the ID number.

This will open the Audit report in the same tab.

Using the Audit Report information

The Audit Report shows you a list of events related to the event (Shift/Leave/Time/Expense) that are looking up.

These times are in order, from newest to oldest. To see the exact details of what someone saved, click the Data button.

Because you are seeing the raw data, the ModifiedBy will display the Workforce Management EmployeeID of the employee who saved the change.
