With MYOB Acumatica — Workforce Management 25.1 we’ve made it easier to create new child locations, added a new costing option for leave timesheets, and made a number of small UI improvements and bug fixes.
What's new?
New look for employee - notification settings
The notification settings screen has been updated to make it more intuitive to use, and make better use of screen real estate.
The list of locations to manage notifications for has been expanded to include all locations the staff member has access so, making it significantly easier to manage notifications for large businesses.
Default employee notification settings for new child locations
To make adding locations easier, you can now add default notification settings to employees.
To set this up, go to the Notification Settings menu of the employe profile and select the notifications you want to be Default for new locations.
When you create a new location, these notification settings will be automatically applied.

Toggle costing of leave timesheets
To give you more control over how your costs are calculated, we’ve added a Cost leave requests option to the Company Settings > Features screen.
When turned on, costing for leave requests will be included in your roster, timesheets, and business intelligence screen.
Other changes
Employees can now add a note to shift requests when accepting them.
Onboarding employees can now add multiple bank accounts when filling out the onboarding form.
Any evidence of work rights information added to an employee now shows on the Right to Work Information menu regardless of their residency status.
To make finding what you need easier, we’ve updated our drop-down menus to be in alphabetical order, system wide.
