Mobile Clocking - users can't see Mobile Clocking Tile in Mobile App

Problem Description

When users go to the Mobile App, they don't see a Mobile Clocking Tile in their home screen.

 

Resolution

  1. Make sure Mobile Clocking is turned on under Company Settings.
  2. Make sure the employee's position has access to Mobile Clocking under Management > Settings > Mobile Clocking

By default Mobile Clocking will be enabled for "Specific Positions", this permission overrides the Location level permission that allows mobile clocking.  Make sure either to change this to "All positions" (if everyone should have access to Mobile Clocking) or add the employees permission to the list. (To allow clocking for just some employee types.)
