Known issue 2020.5.1.209: An opportunity can be added to inactive customer and business accounts

We're aware of this issue and we're looking into a solution.

On the Opportunities (CR304000) screen, inactive accounts are listed in the Business Account field, letting you create an opportunity against an inactive account.

Working around the issue

In the Business Account field, you can use a filter to hide inactive accounts and only show active accounts.
