Please follow the instructions below to upload your file to our secure FTP server. We highly recommend that you compress and password protect your files using a program (such as WinZip or WinRAR) before uploading to reduce upload time and excess bandwidth usage.
To upload your file
CrushFTP is our preferred FTP client and these instructions are written specifically for this application
1. Copy and paste this address into your browser (it is not a hyperlink): https://pgsupport.fileupload.myob.com/
2. Click ‘Add files…’ and select the file to upload. Then click ‘Open’.
3. Type in either the Company name or email address or case number or Client ID and Ok.
4. A message will appear to let you know the Upload is Completed.
