For new Serial Keys generated on or after 1 January 2026, the following minimum versions are required:

PayGlobal must be version 4.72.0.0 or later

Employee Self-Service (ESS) must be version 5.6.0.0 or later
You must be logged into PayGlobal as a user with Supervisor access.

Expand Administration and double-click Modify Company Settings.

Click General > Features.

Click into the Company serial number field.

Copy and paste the serial number using copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) .

Click Save + Close to complete the process.
Make sure that the expiry date matches with what was emailed to ensure that the serial number is correct
