Resetting a Users PayGlobal Application Password
If user is locked out of the application, for the user to log in you will need to make the change inside the application to the users profile.
To make these changes go to the PayGlobal Tree
- Click Administration
- Click Security
- Click User Profile
- Select the user Profile for the user you want to reset the password for
- Click Login Details
- Select Must Change Password
- Click on Set Password
- Create a new password and advise the user of what the temporary password is. They will have to update this when they next log in
If any of the highlighted fields are ticked or have a date in the past the user will not be able to log in and these will need to be checked
