How to Set-up / Edit an SSRS Subscription

  1. Launch SSRS from the PayGlobal Portal

  1. Navigate to the appropriate folder/file

  2. Click on the 3 dots

  1. Click on Manage

  1. Click on Subscriptions and Add New Subscription or Edit Existing subscriptions

  1. When making new subscriptions, you will need to decide if you are going to set as an email or saved as file

a. Email

  • Enter: Email address - if multiple remove space after ;

  • Select appropriate output

  • Select appropriate Schedule

  • Configure parameters (if applicable)

b. File

We recommend sending a request to PG Support if the Subscription is meant to ‘Save as File’ along with the exact location you want the file saved to.
