From time to time, users may receive the following error in ESS:

When raising this with PayGlobal Support, the following information will need to be provided:

Which employee(s) is this impacting?
What was the employee trying to do when the error occurred?
The date and time the error was received
On-premise Customers
Which employee(s) is this impacting?
What was the employee trying to do when the error occurred?
The date and time the error was received
Copies of your ESS and Workflow Engine logs
