Error: Scheduler Disabled at database level

This is a new feature in version 4.59 to prevent schedulers that are disabled from running.  

The error "Scheduler disabled at database level" is because the .ini configuration file has the scheduler details stored but the scheduler is not enabled to run in the application.  

For this schedule to run you need to "Send Details to Schedule Service" with a future date.    

If you would like the scheduler to be enabled but only to run on an ad-hoc/ on demand bases. Set the start running date as 31/12/2999.  

This is so the scheduler is enabled and can be run manually.
