Employee static data

Employee data held by PayGlobal is divided into the following sections:

  • Details – general employee information, such as personal information, contact details and HR Self- Service
  • Payroll payment, contract, rates, tax and accumulators
  • Leave entitlements to various types of leave as set up in your PayGlobal system, quantity and dollar values of leave paid and owing, leave requests
  • Payroll Notes Additional Payroll information
  • Human Resources appointments, health and safety, performance plans and appraisals, training, induction, dispute management, previous employers and referees, remuneration details, issued items, loans, employee costs, achievements and professional memberships
  • T&A/Rostering employee actual and rostering details, including overrides.
