PayGlobal is trying to connect to the mail server but is unable to.
One possible reason is that the mail server address has changed within your network and PayGlobal is no longer pointing to the correct one.
You can adjust and update these SMTP settings based off of your IT teams instructions by going to Modify company settings > Comms > SMTP server name
