Saved printer no longer appears in report runs

If you have had a new printer installed on your pc, you may find that the report runs that you had previously saved a printer in have had that selected printer disappear. Your report runs may have used a different printer originally and by changing the printer on the pc the report runs no longer recognise the printer and so may drop the printer from the report.

To check your printer setup
  1. From main screen go to Reports > Print Reports or click on the Print Report icon .
  2. Select Report Runs > Click Edit.
  3. Select a report > click Edit.
  4. Check the path of the printer, ensuring that the printer stated is the one you want to print to.
  5. Repeat step 3 & 4 for each report in the Report Run.
  6. Once all reports have been checked then Save:F10 from the report run > Exit:Esc.
