Exo Remote Timesheet is an older product used to record hours worked within a Branch. A data file is then created and sent to "Head Office" for import into Exo Payroll. Many clients have moved to use "MyStaffInfo" as a more modern alternative that is simpler and has greater functionality.
Registration takes place within Exo Payroll. This is not normally required unless the software has been reinstalled, and requires a different process than other Payroll modules.
For Clients with a current licence and who need to register, this article explains the process.
To register EXO Remote Timesheet
- Log on to Exo Payroll, click on Pay menu, then click Exo Remote.
- If module is not registered, a message will appear stating "Registration Due - MYOB Exo Remote must be registered...". Click the OK button, and the "Exo Remote Registration" screen will open.
- Screen shows the Site Name, Licence Number, Install Date, Renewal Year, and Registration Code. Confirm the Name and Licence are correct. If "Demonstration Company" and Licence 1001 appears, software might have been reinstalled without registration. In this case, add correct registration files to Exo Payroll before going further.
- Click Print (still at Exo Remote Registration screen) - will see options to print the "MYOB Exo Remote Registration" form. This form needs to be printed and sent to MYOB. Email to ExoServices@myob.com or fax to number shown on form.
- The Registration Team will be in touch with the correct details. Use the "Exo Remote Registration" screen to add the code and renewal year provided, and click Register.
