Payslip report not printing all employees

Payslip reports can show all employees being paid in the pay period or date range being printed.

The employees shown can be affected by selections made in the Print Report screen.

When a Payslip report is printed, all employees paid in the specific pay selected or the date range specified will appear. This can be affected by selections made in the Print Report screen and/or the Report Options screen.

When employees are missing from Payslip report printouts, this is normally caused by one of the following:

  • Specific selections have been entered in one of the Selection Ranges From & To fields. If an employee does not meet those selection criteria then the report will not print their payslip. Remove the selection criteria then reprint the Payslip report.

  • Selections are entered in several of the Selection Ranges From & To fields. If employees do not meet all of the selection criteria then the report will not print their payslip. Remove the selection criteria then reprint the Payslip report.

  • In the Report Option screen, the option "Only print for pays that have been changed" has been ticked. This will cause the Payslip report to not print for any employees that the software believes the pay has not changed for. Untick this option then reprint the Payslip report.
