Payslip report file overwriting the existing file when uploaded to MyStaffInfo

Payslip reports can be uploaded from the MYOB Exo Payroll software to the MyStaffInfo website for employees to access. The file name of the Payslip reports on the MyStaffInfo website use the "Report Name" and the "Date" information specified during the uploading process.

When the Payslip reports are being uploaded to MyStaffInfo, the "Report Name" and "Date" of the file is specified during the uploading process. The default "Report Name" is Payslip and the "Date" field shows the actual date that the report is being printed on.

If the name and date of the file being uploaded matches an existing file on the MyStaffInfo website then the new file will replace that existing file. This can occur when multiple pays are processed on the same day, such as a Current Pay and a One-Off Pay.

When multiple pays are being processed on the same day and the payslips for each pay are to be uploaded to the MyStaffInfo website, it is recommended that the "Report Name" is altered so that the files are different, e.g. Payslip - Bonuses.
