Lieu time accruing incorrectly (Australia)
Lieu Time information accruing incorrectly can occur when a pay is created and that pay contains Lieu Time figures, even if the users have not manually entered any Lieu Time information. Delete the Lieu Time information from those employees showing incorrect Lieu Time figures.
If incorrect Lieu Time figures continue to appear in pays, contact MYOB Exo Payroll Support for further assistance.
Need to access the back tables to remove lieu days that should not be there especially in the standard pay
Before you begin, take a backup. Have the backup sent if and check it to make sure of what is happening. Use a test environment if there is time available while dealing with the client on the phone before applying any chagnes to the live company.
