Error: "aerrorstack"

The Exo Employer Services software can experience difficulties during which red error screens are generated. If the software is unable to generate the red error for any reason then a grey error screen may appear, such as the "aerrorstack" message.

To find out what the error message is that the software is trying to generate when an "aerrorstack" message occurs, exit the software then restart the software. When the Login screen appears, do not login to a company and instead, click on the Support button.

In the Support Diagnostics screen, check the Event Log section for the error message that the software was unable to initially generate. Now that the error has been determined, investigate and implement solutions including (but not limited to):

  • Check the Online Knowledge Base for articles relating to the error message
  • Restart the software then retry the step that the error initially occurred on to see if the error reoccurs
  • Perform a File Reindex
