Error 1707 occurring after saving registration files to MYOB EXO Employer Services software directory

If registration files are ever required to be sent to a client by email, such as to register a newly installed copy of the software, files with the .cdx extension may be blocked/deleted from the email. Once the files on the email have been saved to the software directory, the software can be started. The .cdx files are required files but the software can recreate the missing files as part of the following process.

To fix the error
  1. From the red error screen > click Ignore Error
  2. A Checksum message will appear > click OK
  3. Exit the Registration screen (this will exit the software completely)
  4. Restart the MYOB Exo Employer Services software (restarting the software will allow it to automatically recreate the missing cdx file)
    MYOB Exo Employer Services software should now run normally.
