Error 1234: "Subscript is outside defined range"

In the MYOB Exo Employer Services software, if it is necessary to access historical data for such reasons as to confirm what was in the software at a particular time, run leave reports from a particular date or to access a pay to make changes then this would be done by restoring a backup.

A restore is run by accessing the Maintenance menu then selecting Restore. During the restore process an error 1234 may occur. This message will normally occur before reaching the screen that shows the list of backups to be selected from.

If the message "error 1234 subscript is outside defined range" occurs during the restore process, click on the "Ignore error" button to proceed to the next screen. If further error messages appear, click on "Ignore error" to continue.

Once the "Choose Backup To Restore" screen appears, select the backup to be restored and continue with the Restore process.
