Error 107: "Operator/Operand Type Mismatch"

Resolved in Release 2012.02

MyStaffInfo is a web-based application that can be used by employee's to manage their information including Personal Details, Payslips, Timesheets and Leave Applications. Leave Applications and Timesheets can be downloaded directly into MYOB Exo Payroll.

After having downloaded the leave requests from the MyStaffInfo website to the MyStaffInfo console, when trying to view the leave requests an 'Error 107 Operator/Operand Type Mismatch' message may occcur. This error message is generated when there is an open One Off Pay but no open Current Pay.

MyStaffInfo can import Leave Requests into open Current Pays only. When going to view the leave requests in the MyStaffInfo console, having only a One Off Pay open causes the error to occur as the Payroll knows there is a pay open but the pay is of the wrong type.

To stop the error occurring, check if there is a One Off Pay open then either finalise or delete that One Off Pay. Once this has been done, the leave requests can be viewed in the MyStaffInfo console without the error occurring.
