Error 10: Syntax error when logging in

Exo Employer Services allows either single-user or multi-user Payroll licences. A single-user Payroll licence allows just one user to access the payroll software at a time while the multi-user licence allows more than one payroll user to access payroll at the same time.

This error generally occurs when the company is using a single-user licence and a user is trying to log into the Exo payroll software while another user is already logged in.

For the user getting the message, exit from the software then ensure that there are no other users logged into the Exo Employer Services software before trying to log in again.
