"Could not download MSI information. Problem: there are no available timesheets on the website to download" message

MyStaffInfo is an online website that allows employees and managers to deal with different items such as handling leave requests, timesheets, payslips along with employees details.

The message "Could not download MSI information. Problem: there are no available timesheets on the website to download" occurs if the timesheet information has not been authorised on the Timesheets screen in the MyStaffInfo website or if the timesheets have already been downloaded, i.e. the 'Download Now' button in the Timesheet section of the MyStaffInfo Console has already been clicked so the information has been downloaded and is sitting in the 'Import into Payroll' area.

If the timesheets have been downloaded, check the 'Import into Payroll' area and if the data is not there then tick the 'Download timesheets again' option and click on the 'Download Now' button to download the timesheet information again.
