Changing an employee's name on their payslip

When an employee's name is changed in the Required Information section of the Employee Details tab of Employee Maintenance, this name applies to all reports other than the Payslips. To change the name that appears on the Payslips, make any changes in the Payslip Name field.

To change the name that appears on a payslip
  1. Go to File > Open Employee or click the Edit Employee icon

  2. Find:F9 to find the employee

  3. At the Employee Details screen, check/change the name in Required Information if reguired. Also check/change the name in the Payslip Name field if required.
