Known issue: Sales Order Lines Due Date change via Sales Order screen
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business versions 8.5.0 to 8.6.0.
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
Support has confirmed that in Sales Orders changing the Due Date in the Sales Order screen on a partly processed sales order gives error message and does not change the Due Date.
This area was changed from 8.3 > 8.4 and appears not to be functioning as intended.
Workaround
Right-click on the specified line inside the Sales Order and select 'Sales Order Line Details'- click on Supply at the top and change the Due Date header. This will update correctly.
