Known issue 8.8: Upgrade failing after adding JobCosting and CRM to blank database

The following issue has been identified and replicated in all EXO Blank database version 8.8 onward.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when Job costing and CRM module is added to Blank Database version 8.8, the upgrade process is failing half way through.

Workaround

Use 8.4 Blank Database and do subsequent upgrade.

Resolution

Attached to Problem Ticket 117083063888 to be resolved in a future release
