Known issue 8.8: Resource Allocations creating an incorrect appointment in Job Costing

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business versions 8.7 onwards.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when you try to create an appointment in Resource Allocations on the Activities tab of an open job, Job Costing will only create the appointment for the first line on the screen. This will happen regardless of which line you have selected or how many lines that you have added to the Resource Allocations.

Workaround

At present the only workaround is to manually add the appointment into your Outlook calendar.
