Known issue 8.7: Discounted price not displayed on CRM quote Sales Order

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business versions 8.7 onwards.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

Issue

If a quote with a discount is added to an opportunity in CRM and then converted to a Sales Order, it will not display the discounted total price in the main body of the Sales Order. The order sub-total, GST and order total calculate correctly.
