Known issue 8.5: Purchase order lines fields are not reset correctly

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.5.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when a corrected quantity purchase order is reversed the purchase order lines fields are not reset correctly, so next time the order is receipted it will show the previously corrected quantity not the order quantity.

When the receipt is reversed the Correction quantity on the purchord_lines is not reset to 0.

Workaround

The user will need to receipt the item with a quantity of 4 and then mark the line as fulfilled so there is no longer an outstanding quantity of 1.

Attached to Problem ticket 12379736844 for resolution in a future release.
