Known issue 8.5: POS—Parked sales do not reprice after recall and account change

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.5.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that once a parked sale has been recalled AND the account for that sale is changed to a different account, the system no longer applies correct pricing for that account.

The prompt to re-price the lines retains the pricing that pertained to the original account irrespective of Yes or No.

The pricing should change as N is selected on this prompt. It should not maintain the previous pricing, like in all other areas of the system.

Workaround

Manually updating the prices to their new value.

Attached to Problem ticket 12391089479 for resolution in a future release.
