Known issue 8.5: CRM—Sales by Staff report issue
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.5.
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
Support has confirmed that the CRM Clarity report - CRM_SalesbyStaff.CLR is producing dubious results.
Select the Reports menu > Opportunity Reports > Sales by Staff (CRM_SalesbyStaff.CLR) and select a date range to use. Select to Preview the report. When displaying data for Next year, the same data displays (if not properly in graphical format) on the Grid.
The same data will display for all date ranges checked, Daily, last year, this year, next year etc.
