Known issue 8.5: CRM Opportunities—Quote options conflict on multiple opportunity quote grids

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.5.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that If you have more than one opportunity open and go to change the Quote Options on a quote line (where you have more than one Quote option setup) the two grids seem to conflict.

For example when making a change to Opportunity Quote 1 it appears to try and change the other open Opportunity Quote. This conflict may lead to an Access Violation.
