Known issue 8.5: CRM Clarity Report Fault - Top 10 Opportunities Listing

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.5.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when generating a Top 10 Opportunities Listing (CRM_Top10Opportunities.clr), CRM shows all opportunities, not just the top 10 in Probability or default ranking of Amount.

The report doesn't limit to 10 entries, and ranking by amount, keeps higher values near the top, even if the opportunities are lost or closed.
