Known issue 8.4: Negative quantity lines on the cost/invoice tab stops the Change Invoice Total Amount function working

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.4.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that if you have negative quantity job transaction lines the Change Invoice Total Amount function gives an unexpected total.

Negative stock should have the cost factored into the calculation to arrive at the right amount when recalculating the invoice total.

Workaround

Must manually adjust costs.

Resolution
