Known Issue 8.4.1: Stock Lookup items showing incorrect physical stock levels

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.4.1.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.


Support have confirmed that stock Lookup items showing incorrect physical stock levels.
The search screen shows 0 of a lookup item in stock when in actual fact the stock item record has quantities there.


Using the recalculate stock levels utility resolves this.


Attached to Problem ticket 12284291533 to be resolved in a future release.
