Known issue 8.4.1: Quantity changes to 1 for the first line when using analysis codes with GL codes on Purchase Orders

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.4.1.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support have confirmed that the quantity changes to 1 for the first line when using analysis codes with GL codes on Purchase Orders.
Editing a stock code (GL code) and the description changes the quantity even though the user has not touched the Qty Ord or Qty fields. With Analysis codes on, it shouldn’t affect the quantity fields.

Workaround

The user must manually edit the quantity and make sure that the quantities are changed back.

Resolution
