Known Issue 8.4.1: Job Batch Invoicing Filters not working

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in EXO Business version 8.4.1.

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

Support has confirmed that when using job filters re job status and types, if you then enter an account number in the search field and search, it shows all jobs for that customer and ignores the filters selected.

If you enter part of the account name, the filters work correctly. It appears that it takes the search string OR Job filter instead of AND.

Attached to Problem ticket 11235769378 to be resolved in a future release.
