Known issue 2019.1: SO—Save as Default setting on SO > Supply screen when edited it is copied across users
The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2019.1
Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.
As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.
Issue
When one user updates the SO > Supply Screen > Supply Details options such as ‘Generate Invoice’ and click on ‘Save as Default’, this setting is copied across all users who have been assigned the same User Profile.
Workaround
Different user profile for each user.
