Known issue 2018.4: Manufacturing—Order Templates (BOMs) changing to BOM type of BUILD after Save

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2018.4

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

New order template when created and saved, the order type is reverting back to Build.

Workaround

None.

Resolution

Attached to Problem ticket 164113041880 for resolution in a future release.
