Known issue 2018.2: CRM—Save Form Position function not working in Opportunity window

The following issue has been identified and subsequently replicated by MYOB Support in Exo Business version 2018.2

Before upgrading your clients please take into consideration the following issues especially if the site has specific requirements in these areas.

As always we recommend that thorough testing in a non-live environment is undertaken before commencing an upgrade.

Issue

When a Notes section is resized in Opportunity screen and Save Form Position feature is used to save the setting, it reverts back to old size when the opportunity is accessed again.

Workaround

Resize the Notes section manually every time while in the opportunity.

Resolution

Attached to Problem ticket 172661069048 for resolution in a future release.
